The course comprises of four weekly interactive sessions each lasting around 3 hours. It is essential that you try to make all classes and that both mother and birthing partner are available for each*.
Group classes run on weekday evenings in a cosy environment in either Den Haag or Leiden.
Cost of classes:
250 Euros per couple for a group course
All costs include HypnoBirthing handbook, relaxation CD, handouts and VAT.
Please note that it is possible for most if not all of these costs to be covered through your insurance policy so please check with your provider.
Due to the nature of this special way of preparing for birth our group classes are limited in size so please book early to avoid disappointment.
A non-refundable deposit of 100 Euros is payable upon booking with the remainder payable in full on commencement of the course.
Don't forget the cost of the course includes the Hypnobirthing hand book and relaxation CD. Although it might be tempting to try and learn the techniques from the book and CD alone, there can be no comparison with the value of attending classes. The interaction of class discussions, demonstrations and the powerful images received from watching Hypnobirthing stories are critical to the success of the Hypnobirthing techniques.
*However, if you really cannot make a class, don't panic! We can work together to find a way of rearranging a class even if a private class is required (although a supplementary charge may apply).
